The RJ45-59B-2x2 is our highly integrated 4-port RJ45 connector developed for high-density network devices. It features a compact 2×2 layout to maximize space utilization efficiency, serving as a core connection component for miniaturized, multi-port network equipment.

The product adopts an integrally formed metal shielding shell, which offers excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance. It can effectively isolate electromagnetic clutter in complex scenarios such as industrial control and communication base stations, ensuring the stability and integrity of data transmission at the hardware level. The interface area is equipped with a foolproof design paired with spring-loaded latches: this prevents incorrect network cable insertion while ensuring secure locking force during plugging/unplugging, with an insertion/extraction life of ≥1000 cycles, making it suitable for high-frequency operation scenarios.

Internal contacts are made of gold-plated copper alloy, with a gold plating thickness of up to 30 microinches. This material combination delivers both low contact resistance and strong corrosion resistance—even with long-term use in high-humidity or dusty environments, it maintains stable conductive performance, significantly reducing the risk of poor contact. Meanwhile, the product is fully compatible with Cat5e/Cat6 wiring standards, supporting 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet transmission, with a transmission delay of ≤0.2μs and a bit error rate of <10⁻¹², meeting the medium-to-high-speed network needs of enterprise-level data exchange and high-definition video transmission.

In terms of installation adaptability, the RJ45-59B-2x2 uses a PCB through-hole pin design. The pins are neatly arranged with sufficient soldering area, adapting to both automated SMT production line batch assembly and manual soldering debugging, effectively improving the production efficiency of equipment manufacturers. Its compact size allows 4 times the number of ports to be configured within the same PCB area compared to traditional single-port RJ45 connectors, perfectly matching the design needs of high-density integrated devices such as routers, POE switches, industrial motherboards, and edge computing gateways.
