This shield adopts high-purity stainless steel as the default base material (cupronickel material customization is available on demand) and is manufactured through a one-piece precision stamping forming process. Its surface is coated with a matte anti-oxidation layer: retaining the excellent conductive and shielding properties of metal materials while enhancing environmental corrosion resistance. It can adapt to industrial environments with high humidity and dust, maintaining structural integrity without oxidation or deformation during long-term use.

In terms of structural details, the P-3559-G4 features 7 precisely arranged functional holes: the hole diameter and positions are optimized through electromagnetic simulation, meeting the needs of internal heat dissipation, ventilation, and cable routing without compromising shielding effectiveness. The edges adopt a 1.2mm folding process combined with multi-point positioning buckles on the sides, enabling tight fit with PCB boards/equipment cavities during installation to minimize electromagnetic leakage gaps. The installation tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm, compatible with efficient operation of automated assembly lines.

Its shielding performance is equally impressive: within the main operating frequency band of 100MHz-2GHz, the stable shielding effectiveness reaches ≥92%, which can effectively block external EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and prevent signal leakage from internal RF modules and signal chips, ensuring the stability and accuracy of equipment data transmission.
