    The 2A3-06 features an SMD package design, with an overall size of only 6.2×3.2×2.5mm. Its compact form factor perfectly fits high-density PCB board layouts, eliminating the need for additional insertion space—allowing devices to retain stable button interaction capabilities even in miniaturized designs. The button body uses a high-temperature resistant engineering plastic housing paired with metal dome contacts: it not only offers excellent anti-aging properties but also adapts to the high-temperature environment of SMT reflow soldering, avoiding deformation or performance degradation during mass assembly.

    In terms of core performance, the 2A3-06 boasts a mechanical actuation life of over 10 million cycles, far exceeding industry standards. Even in high-frequency operation devices (e.g., Bluetooth earbud charging cases, smart bracelets), it maintains stable on-off feedback for long periods. Its 160±30gf actuation force balances a lightweight feel with clear pressing feedback: it prevents accidental touches while avoiding user operational fatigue. The silver-plated alloy contacts have a contact resistance as low as 50mΩ, ensuring precise circuit signal transmission and reducing signal loss or poor contact issues.
