As illustrated in the images, the product features high-purity aluminum alloy as the core base material, selected from industrial-grade aluminum alloy with a purity of over 99.7%. Boasting a thermal conductivity of up to 110 W/(m·K), it outperforms ordinary alloy materials significantly, enabling rapid absorption of heat from heat sources and efficient transfer to the heat dissipation terminal. Adopting advanced high-pressure die-casting technology, the radiator body and dense heat dissipation fins are integrally formed with a molding pressure of 150-200MPa. This ensures a dense internal structure free of pores and uniform wall thickness (with an error controlled within ±0.1mm), eliminating heat loss at the joints of assembled radiators while significantly enhancing overall structural strength. The one-piece body clearly visible in the images can withstand slight impacts during daily installation and transportation, boasting a service life of over 15 years.

Combined with the structural details presented in the photos, the SRY08-020-P7 features an ingenious design: optimized fin spacing of 8mm, thickened fins of 1.2mm (the fins in the actual photos are thick and regular without deformation or warping), and 20 densely distributed heat dissipation fins. This increases the effective heat dissipation area by more than 35% compared to traditional radiators of the same size, greatly improving heat dissipation efficiency. With actual dimensions of 280mm×120mm×80mm and a lightweight design of only 1.8kg, it is 60% lighter than cast iron radiators with equivalent heat dissipation capacity. This significantly reduces installation load pressure, making it suitable for both wall mounting and equipment integrated installation, which can be completed by a single person.
