Crafted from 6063 high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy (with a thermal conductivity of 237W/(m·K)), the product is integrally formed via high-pressure die casting process: molten metal fills the mold under 120MPa high pressure, completing the one-time processing of the special-shaped main body and dense fins. This not only ensures structural integrity and dimensional accuracy (tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm) but also eliminates heat conduction loss caused by assembled structures, laying a solid foundation for efficient heat dissipation.

Adopting an asymmetric dense fin layout combined with a streamlined flow guide structure, the SRY07-013-P7A accelerates air convection rate, improving heat dissipation efficiency by 25% compared to traditional in-line fins. The product is pre-equipped with 4 positioning and mounting holes, compatible with M3-M4 specification fasteners, enabling quick fitting and assembly with equipment, and its installation tolerance is compatible with mainstream industrial interfaces.

In terms of performance, it features a low thermal resistance of 0.75℃/W, supporting heat dissipation for devices with power density ≤8W/cm², and can control the temperature of core components below 65℃. It is particularly suitable for high-load routers—whether enterprise-level large-scale network hubs or home gigabit high-speed routers, it can effectively ensure stable equipment operation and avoid network delays, disconnections and other issues caused by overheating.

The product surface undergoes black electrophoresis treatment, with salt spray corrosion resistance ≥480 hours.
